- ruthie L. designs values your privacy and will not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties unless required to do so by law.
- Standard shipping within Australia is complimentary.
- Shipping is from Sydney and made through our courier service (Startrack) or Australia Post and requires signature on receipt.
- You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track it through www.auspost.com.au/track or https://startrack.com.au/services/receiving/track-and-trace
- Estimated shipping times:
QLD/SA/NT/WA - 4-5 days
- Orders are processed within 48 hours
- Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once your order has been dispatched.
- Payment can be made online through PayPal and by credit card only.
- Ruthie L. designs does not offer Afterpay
- Returns are accepted for refund, credit or exchange.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order
- Returned merchandise must be unused, still in original packaging and with all tags still attached. Any merchandise that has been worn, used or washed may not be returned.
- Before returning any merchandise, please inform us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you should hear back from us within 48 hours.
